to get latias or latios i think you haev to beat the pokemon legue or however its spelled

mirage island is an island that will appear depending on which pokemon you have in your party. from what ive heard is that you can only find wynaut and leichi berries on there. you can only get there if the man in the window at pacifidlog says he can see the island. ive never been there but i want to
