i just got pokemon sapphire i and i found out u need wailord and relicanth to release
the regis. i caught a relicanth under sootopolis on the first time. i heard that wailord
can be caught on route 129, ive searched for an hour and had no luck anyway i was jus
wonderin if u can really catch him in the wild.

yes u can i did or catch a wailmer {catch at almost ANY body of water}and get it 2 lvl 40 tada wailord and all regis r at lvl 40 BRING ULTRA BALLS about 20-30 of them

you can catch it wild, but it is reeeeeeally rare. id just get a wailmer and evolve it. my sister caught a wailord on level 27 and waimer evolves at level 40 which is quite funny.
