On all the TV's it says there is a mysterious pokemon flying high of the Hoen reagion 1 Who is it? and 2 where and how do I get it????

It's Latia/os (Latias,if you're playing Sapphire,and Latios,if you're playing Ruby)You just have to play the game as you normally would,then you will run into it eventually.

How 2 catch it:
1. Use a really strong Wubbefett(no time 2 explain)
2. Use a masterball

well to get latias/os when you have completed the league go to a T.V there should be a report about them

I started a new game 2 times and i found them the first 2. But the 3rd.. ive been lucking for ages. In mauvilee you will have 4 chances of seeing it. go up, right, left or down from mauville and its easy to find it.
