Linnone is really weak. Id replace it with a good old electric type. Manectric or Raichu does good. Give surf to kyogre and replace the kyogresm ice moves with other moves, since youve got a regice with ice moves.

well I'm horrible add rating teams but I can answer your P.S.I tried the same thing to teach that ? mark moves but it didn't work, that's because you can't delete it's weird glitched up moves it has. I don't know if this'll work because I've never tried it but go to the move deleter in Lilycove and try to make him delete it's moves. If it works go the move tutor and try these codes out.........
With these codes, any Pokémon will be able to learn any TM-HM.

well I guess it just can't learn new moves, but it's still useful, did you know that when the ? mark is out battling trainers you can catch their pokemon and escape from trainers, it treats the trainers as wild pokemon!

ya thats cool i went to the move tutor an the onle moves it said it can learn was ice beam but when i tried to teach it the usual happened

Well, Nicko 9000 I do not like your team at all because they are at low levels and well, you need better pokemon.I'd say 2 of your favorites(with extremely powerful moves and ultra high levels}and you can choose 4 from the 6 I list below.

god damnit, does anyone ever read my submissions for team-building help? i have most peoples teams in here, and advice to make it better.

@everyone: don't give your pokemon one hit ko moves, they barely ever hit, and give more time for your opponent to beat the crap out of you.

@imdabest: replace horndrill with any hiddenpower(if its a physical type), and replace surf with some other physical move. rhydon's special attack stat blows.
replace kyogre's waterfall with calm mind
for sceptile, don't give it all grass moves, itll get its *** kicked against many types. try dragonclaw, leafblade, substitute, hidden power(special type).
give blaziken flamethrower, aerial ace, earthquake , and brick break.
for rayquaza, its the easiest, most effective moveset out there: ice beam, flamethrower, dragonclaw, thunderbolt.

THERE! if i were to rate your team without making my changes, i would give it a 3. with my changes, a 7.5. i don't give anyone 9's or more, unless the team stands a chance against mine.

@ sceptile king: replace ludicolo's sunny day with rain dance. it'll give hydro pump 50% more power, and that plus type match will be more powerful than explosion. also, rain dance will tweak its special ablity so it will gain a little hp each turn.

@nicko 9000: replace rayquaza'a fly with dragonclaw.
give sceptile all special attacks, like what i said to imdabest.
take out sheercold for kyogre, then go along the lines of what i said to imdabest
for the latias/os, take out hyperbeam, and waterfall, replace them with psychic and calm mind.
without my advise, and if your pokemon were all on level 100, i give it a 5.5

@cross stinger: replace kyogre's blizzard with ice beam, for much better accuracy, but that can stay if you want it to.
give swampert earthquake,hydropump,icebeam, and someother fillermove.
you just murdered that walrein. takeout sheercold. take out waterfall. put in bodyslam, and yawn.
for heracross: give it megahorm, reversal, substitute, and swords dance. also, give it a salac berry. so first use substitute, then use swords dance three times, so its attack will be madly higher than normal. then use megehorn or reversal(if your hp is low), and you'll knock everything out in just about one hit.
give salamance: brick break, fly, dragon dance, and earthquake. first use dragon dance, so your attack and speed are boosted, then start sweeping away.
if i were you, i'd just take out regice. its attack stats are just atrocious.
i'd give your team a 6.1 without my help. an 8.5 with it

if i posted my team, everyone would say: OOOOHHHHH ITS SO WEAK THERE ARE NO PHYSICAL ATTACKS!!!! thats why im not going to post it, even though i know for sure it would whoop every team posted here. even with the advice i gave for each damned team.
