easy.
Start at mossdeep pokecenter. Go to pokemart. Go over till u run into a mountain then go down. u will see a guy in a sailor uniform. go as far down as it let's u go (without moving left or right). Then go right till u run into the same mountain. go down till u see a sand path (note: ur footprints will not appear.) Follow the path till u see white steps. go up the steps. u should see a girl staring at a white rock. Go right till u see a house & 2 more fleets of white steps. Goup them and ur at the space center.

To get in space wait till the spac launch is 100% it's hard for it to reach 100% almost as hard as getting a shiney.

Huh???????? 100 weeks sounds like trying to get a shiney but only to get a shiney take about 1000000000000000000 more weeks to get,....... it sounds like sometimes using codes are better. But like Bronco11 said wait for a longgggggggggg time.

But I have a gameshark and as far as I know they're are no codes for shiney pokemon on the madcatz's gameshark....But it's on the regular gameshark.

He said that this person named log has it but I have'nt seen him around, and the lanch being 185 it supposed to be 100%.

But like I said, you have to keep trying...... maybe save in frount of the guy and turn the game on and off to see if he'd say 100% but that might be hopless and take toooooo longgg.
