i have all the pokemon but feebas an milotic any hints on how i can get it.

You must fish for Feebas around Routes 127 - 131. Then, max out its Beauty and level it up once for it to evolve into Milotic.

It must be fished for on Route 119. It only appears in 6 spots in the water, depending on the trendy phrase at Dewford.
