Well....according to Serebii.net


To make it appear..one of your party pokemon's ID.NO must match the Lottery Number..

I'm not entirely sure if this is true....

Since i cheated to get the stuff your suppose to get in Mirage Island...

no, one of your pokemon's gender value (a hidden value) has to be within the mirage island old man's range... since there's no real way of telling your gender value, all you do is catch pokemon, have them on your party, and talk to the old man until he says he can see mirage island, then you've unlocked it =]

i do believe my info is also from serebii... or at least i recall serebii having similar info (i remember serebii agrees with me that you have to keep showing the old man pokes until he says he can see the island... thats for sure...)

I heared that one of your pokemons ID has to match mirage island ID,that everyday the island changes ID and thats why you have too take pokemon with different Id everyday until the old man can see the island.I think i got this from serebiinet.
