To get the Devon Scope...go to Fortree City...go right and go to the bridge...you will find Steve there...he will give yout the Devon Scope

Oh, I apoligize. I never really mentioned that I already beat the Elite 4, have all the legendary Pokemon I can catch, and I am trying to fill up my Pokedex.

The Devon Scope is a Key Item. You should've gotten it on the bridge on Route 120.

Yes I know what the devon Scope is, yes I know it is a key item, and no, I have absolutely no idea where it is in my game or what happened to it. So, what am I not going to get that is north of the weather institute if I cannot find my Devon Scope?

Well, either it's some glitch in your game or you aren't looking hard enough in your pocket or PC for it.
Unless you cheat to get another one, or use another Gameshark or Action Replay code called "Walk Through Walls" to go around it, apparently you won't get whatever's back there.
