Thank you MV or Master Volthawk I should say. And I caught a horsea by the way. How do you get a Kingdra? I thought you trade it and give it a King's Rock? That's why I wanted one before.

Yes, you need a Dragon Scale. They are held by wild Horsea, but it is very rare. Get a Zigzagoon or Linoone knowing Covet; that'll help the most.

I need some more help pleaz. I need an Azurill and a Feebas. Can someone tell me what their saying is in Dewford and the tiles Feebas are in? My saying is "I choose you Ninetales" if this helps...

To get Azurill, breed two Marills and have one hold the Sea Incense from Mt. Pyre. Whichever Marill holds it, the offspring Azurill will have the opposite gender.
Feebas' location varies from game to game. We can not tell you where to get it other than Route 119 with a Super Rod.

Who said that? Was it Twilight Man again? He spamms (two m's?)a lot for a moderator. Anyway, does anyone know their saying and the tiles (like "The fourth from the waterfall")Feebas is in? Just trying to get help so I don't really have to spend two hours looking.

Sorry, like I said, we can't help you. The tiles from certain phrases vary from game to game.
You're probably going to have to dedicate a few hours to find Feebas. If you're lucky, you'll stumble upon one by accident.
