Salamence is cool. Dragonite has better stats then it, but Dragonite can't out rank Salamence in speed. Also Salamence has just 1 attack base stat more lol.

i dont know who i think is the best because it depends on the stats/moves! but i would say Rooiku (the new pokemon from Diamon/Pearl sorry for spelling)
