ok i need some profetoinal help here! im up to steven and i have a 49 sceptile and 48 kyorge left but i cant beet his last pokemon

Sceptille? Hard Pok�mon to raise I would advise starting again with Blaziken, as its speed and attack are quite hight.

hi guys sorry to bother you but i missed the oppurtunity to catch kyogre as i used the master ball for something else but is there any way to get the kyogre???
