They only appeared in Crystal, actually. They had a Noctowl and one of the dogs each.

No,they just had bad graphics,it was the legendary 3 dogs not the eevees.

really i guess my game was glitched in mine.U vsed the three guys who had a noctowl and a jolteon flareon or a vaporeon then u head to the next tower and catch suicune

Yeah that really didn't seem right. REsearch shows that the sages near Tin Tower in Ecruteak each had a Noctowl and each one either had Jolteon, Vaporean, or Flareon.

When I said dogs, I meant the Eevee evolutions. Sorry if you misinterpretated my post, although I would have capitalised dogs and added the word 'Legendary' in front of it.

anyways since we get ho-oh so late in the games(same with lugia and in case its when u get to pewter city.Will Ho-oh still be lvl 40/60 or will it be higher

I remember it was either 40 or 70, depending on the game, in the past. This time around, it'll probably be the same.

I think that the rainbow feather was good but the story behind it could change.
