Everyone, please stay on topic. Crystilia, stop repeating yourself. Its getting to the point where its degrading the post quality and becoming spam. I'll really have no choice but to delete posts if this continues and... possibly refer you to a higher ranking staff member. Stop and think about what you're going to say. Mods are expected to be not only helpful but also contribute quality posts to the forum they have power over. If you're doing what I think you are and posting just to up your post count, its not the best idea.

I just don't get why Nintendo put an event for Pichu...

Because Pichu is close to Pikachu except cuter (As you've said) and everyone knows Pikachu is the mascot of the Pokemon section of Nintendo <3

Not to mention that Pikachu was Ash's first Pok�mon too. =3

And that's most likely why its the mascot for the Pokemon series. It seems to be seen more than any other throughout the entire anime AND, there's even some freaky little kid walking around these games dressed up as one. Only makes sense to hold an event for one of its evolutions :3

Took me hours but I think I dug up the name of that kid I was talking about. Some trainer in the game called a 'Pikachu Fan'. If they're going to make a trainer to look like a Pikachu, then Nintendo must concentrate heavily on that evolution line. Now that I think about it, I'm surprised that they haven't had this event sooner in the game.
