I breed Magmar to get a Magby, Electabuzz to get Elekid, Pikachu to get Pichu, Clefairy to gte Cleffa, and Jynx to get Smoochum. Why won't Mr. Mime give me a Mime Jr or Snorelax give me a Munchlax?

I Don't know about mr mime but for snorlax it needs to be holding the full incence
