Specific shiny pokemon

Hey is there any way to get a specific shiny pokemon to appear, say, a riolu.

First Riolu is not in Pokemon Soul Silver because he's generation 5 pokemon

But yes, you can get any of generation 4 pokemon (493 pokemon) with ar codes

use these two codes together

This code gives you 493 Master Balls and 100 Ultra Balls
Number of Master balls represents pokemon's pokedex number, so if you want a lvl 5 Piplup for example, just throw away 100 master balls to match piplup's pokedex number 393. Number of Ultra balls represent which level will it be when you encounter it in the grass so throw away 95 ultra balls and you will encouter Piplup lv5

I don't know about codes or anything, but Riolu is not a gen 5 pokemon, so yes, he is in SS. I have a Lucario in SS.

OOOps I'm so sorry guys, my bad. Riolu IS 4th generation pokemon so he IS in SOUL SILVER.
(BTW you can catch it in Safari Zone)
I don't know what was wrong with me to say he's a gen5 pokemon (and I played lots of pokemon games)
