It's Yin & Yang, not Ying & Yang. Get it right people!! XD
Another speculative reason I think it might be Yin & Yang is because of the logos. Black's is white with black letters & White's is black with white letters & that reminds me a lot of the opposite colored dots in the Yin Yang symbol.
