What do you think about it?

To be honest, and long as it doesn't hurt or strain my eyes in any sort of way, it's fine with me. It's just the new view is so... unfamiliar to me is all.

Well still the opinion might be the best option cause if people don't like it they can switch it back to the view they like instead of having the use that view that they don't like all the time.

I'm sure they will be, cause it gives option not just one view, Lets just hope if Nintendo decides the change the view at all in the future that they think of this.

We're talking about the view currently used outside of battles. The in battle view's much better now.

Well either way, whether it be outside the battle or in the battle if they want to have more than one view they should have a option to switch the view around in case someone doesn't like one view they can change it to the other.

Even with multiple view options, it's still a fixed view. An interactive camera is what I'd like to see.

EyeToy + Pokemon? What are you people on?

I'm looking forward to this game, actually. The 3D world and changing camera angle has got me excited and the constantly moving sprites could possibly make the Pokemon feel more alive. But it definitely doesn't deserve a 40/40, no matter how awesome it is.
There's always room for improvement, and as a standalone review or not, every game has at least one thing wrong with it.

There is always room for Improvement in any game or something like that but the 3D and stuff like that might give the game a high rating in some way cause it is different then previous games.

Too bad this wouldn't be a 3DS game. Would be lovely to better make use of the 3D graphics.

Just think if they were to move on of the future games onto a bigger system....instead of just sticking to DS or something, ya know like Pokemon XD and stuff except following the story line like Diamond and pearl and HeartGold with the gym leaders, the elite four and everything.

A whole new generation on a bigger system would be fun.

The graphics are better then D/P/Pl/SS/HG.
I like the 3d style.

@Kimmy- Well, there's always the Wii. Pokemon Battle Revolution and the other Pokemon games for the Wii kinda suck, so there's still the possibility.

@Jolteon- Of course. I'm sure with a future Pokemon release for the 3DS they'll make full use of the 3D graphics.

Well of course. Heck, I read the GameInformer from December I believe and Pokemon was one of the titles in the 'Sacred Cow Barbeque' (AKA The dying games list. GI loves to hear you rant about that.) I doubt Pokemon is dead and I'm sure they'll make a new title like a new Mystery Dungeon for 5th gen soon.
