I've been asked recently about this so I thought I would make a topic about the details of the event.
The Liberty Pass is an item you use to get to Liberty Island where you'll find Victini, who will be level 15. You will be able to download the event over wifi starting the day the game is out.
March 4th - April 22nd in Europe
March 6th - April 10th in America
However you will not be able to get Victini till you progress in the game to Castelia City. Once there you will be able to take one of the ships in the harbor to Liberty Island.
So whos downloading the event? When or if you get Victini will you keep it as a part of your party or just keep it in your PC?
I plan on having it as a member of my party in one of my games. Since it'll be at a low level when I catch it it'll make it fun to train. After all most legendary Pokemon are caught at level 50 and up.

Definately going to be in my party on a regular basis. Victini's one of my favourite 5th gen Pokemon. It'll be fun to train, but I plan on cloning it and training that one (cause I like to keep the origional 'copy' of event Pokemon).

You forgot Australia's event dates :(
It goes from 10th of March to 28th of April.
Yeah I can't wait until i get Victini, going to replace my old Fire type pokemon in my party.

Sorry I couldn't find an exact date for Australia's event. I only knew that the event started the day the games came out there. Couldn't find the date that Australia's event ended.
I'm mainly going to train Victini for to reasons.
1: Its type combo,(Fire/Psychic) which will fit well with a team I have planed.
2: Its really cute and is the Victory Pokemon.
