Are these guys available? I read this on Bulba-pedia, "Zorua and Zoroark are the only two non-legendary Pokémon to be event-exclusive, discounting Rotom's alternate forms in Platinum."
Does this mean I have to do an event to get them, or by event, does it mean something that happens in game? I'm hopelessly confused.

Yep, you actually have to get the Event Celebi, or one of theem over a three Legendary Dog's (only the ones which came from the same event) for one of the 4th gen games and then cart them over to black or white via a special method so that those two appear.
