Okay I caught a Dokkora the other day at lvl 15 I think, he swiftly levels up and after two days is a lvl 69 Dotekkotsu.

My question is why is this pokemon in particular levelling up so fast, he was in his thirties by the end of the 2nd gym.

Anyone else noticed this?
