i havent rated a team before but i think i can try!
espeon: does it need hyper beam?other wise it is good.
lapras: i dont think it needs two ice moves AND sheer cold. id say remove sheer cold for body slam or surf. then ice beam or blizzard for the thing u didnt chose.
zapdos is good!
articuno: u could change one of the ice moves for mind reader if you wanted but im not good with articuno.
dragonite is fine
houndoom: it doesnt need two dark moves change faint attack for reversal (breed it)
