Well I beat the game just a few hours ago. I was very surprised that Saddler died with just one shot from my fully upgraded striker. I went back to do the boss fight again (had saved on 2 different files) and found that it was super hard to kill him, and I had to get a special rocket from Ada. Anyone know how the hell I did this?

I'm not sure what the hell is up with that. I always thought you needed the Rocket Launcher (Special) to finish him off. I hit him many times with an Infinite Launcher (after the Special one was dropped) and didn't kill him. My best guess is that it was a glitch or something.
