need help

in the beggining i got shotgun shells but i cant find a shotgun. can someone help?

It's probably because you need to buy it, or you found the Shotgun Shells mysteriously early.

I would just buy the shotgun

The Ithaca shotgun is in chapter 1-2. When you come across the first assist jump ladder of the level give Sheva a boost up. She will see an old key through the metal bars at the top of the ladder. As you progress a little bit more look around for another assist ladder that's pretty easy to miss. Get Sheva to hop up this ladder too and she will grab the "Old Key". Use it to open the locked building beside the building where you encounter the blonde woman who drops the ivory relief once you kill her. The shotgun will be mounted on a wall in there.

i forgot to come by here and post sayin i found it. im on like chapter 4 now lol

Even if you miss the one from 1-2 you can get the other two shotguns, the M3 (chapter 3-3) and the Jail Breaker (chapter 6-1) by finding them, and they're not that hard to find.
