When Killing Elvarg,

Is it possible to sit somewhere and range/mage him?
My character is level 37. And I'd like to get this done. But I can't remember if there is a spot to sit and hide. A picture on Runehq looked like it was possible. But I'm not entirely sure. I'd rather not get it all done and then go die because you can't.

Umm, I don't know but I was level 43 when I did it, I just had a bunch of swordfish with me, I used almost all. I think I remember a rock, or something, I can't remember but you could try.

Okay, thanks. I probably will, I've got 200 some chaos runes I can use. So I think a few lobsters should let me do it.

Carry about 12, i had 14 swordfish with me when I did it.

There was a spot in top left part of Cave, but now i think she can attack from a distance as well, so use mage and a Df Shield if u attack up close or away never remove that shield

As long as you open the secret Passage door next to the lesser demons its easier to get back to her. so open that door and use it to take a couple test tries, take air staff df shield and some mind runes and walk around in the cave with her and mage places to see if you can find a spot to mage from distance.. Remember only take things you won't care about losing.

Alright, well I'll probably be doing it today, let you all know how it turns out..

yea, so that went over fantastically crappy.
I used all my lobsters. he hit wayyy to fast for me to attack, I just kept eating.
Did like 30 damage to him, he dealt out like, 200. lol.
Going back in with 41 magic.. hopefully..
might try 35. lol..

would water bolt work better than.. fire bolt against him?

Nevermind! I did it, i got 35 magic. and killed him. used 21 lobsters :P haha.
With all the exp I got, It boosted me to level 43.

i believe its level 333 right? is that combined altogether? or it's combat level?

iirc it's like level 86 or something.

ye 87 or so, i HIGHLY suggest doing this in f2p world, as p2p he hits a 'poop' load higher and you'll need anti fires + the shield to do it safishly

regarding hiding spots, there are none you can use as he will use magic on you.

whats a recomended level to do it at?
whats the requirements?

dunno really it's basic and simple 50+ and i could do it at lvl 37 so meh :P

i guess ill do it at about 40...only one problem i have like no magic

melee it then.

If you're doing melee, be 50+

and p2p is no different than f2p..

I meleed it, and I was level 45. I had like 40 def, 40 str, and 40 att at the time and just had to eat a lot of swordfish.

ahh ok so i gotta get swordfish....and kill cows
