Seeing as I got everything back, I already am started on my way to 99 firemaking. Currently I am level 88. I have 29k willows left, that will get me to 93 I believe with my calculations, from there should I burn yews to make it easier, or go with maples?

thats really only a matter of if you want to spend alot.
It shouldn't be to costly with yews, since u can get bonus xp from the 2 items in the mini game, of course if u got inferno adze u could simple chop the yews ur self and go for wc and fm xp, would take alot longer but would be cheap and get both leveled.
I would go with yews after burning that many willows (which i know the feeling) just to finish.
but like anyone would say, if u want to save money go with mapels
You should also post how many of each would u need to get to 99 it tends to be helpful when looking for advice.

Alright, thank you. I will probably go with that. I am at level 90 right now, just have 29k willows left, that will be level 94 firemaking. Then from there I am out of money, but I have a whip and a veracs brassy, bandos boots, d square, legs and med that I can sell if needed.

Didn't sell any of it, mined coal and iron and got 1.5m currently, still need another 200k but that's easy.
