I myself am a noob to runescape.
Only
1,600 total level
102 Combat level
2 99's
So here is the thing. I am almost 91 woodcutting - zomg! Rofl So after I get that to 99, not for a while most likely, it is slow power chopping willows on a free server, I was then thinking of finally becoming a member again and getting 99 fletching. I have 88 already, would go for 99. Or should I become a member and do something else like train melee. I am not doing summoning... it seems gay...

umm... doesn't really matter. fletching won't take long so you could really just do fletching then combat if you get members back. summoning isn't really that bad actually. alot of the familiars can be pretty useful for skilling cuz most give skill bonuses, teleports to specific areas for free, or are beasts of burden which can carry extra supplies. its a pain but can be useful at the same time =P

Fletching is easy, I mean come on I got it
If you play alot, you probably could knock it out in under a month.

Alright, well I don't play that much, I am in deep development of my website, and as of right now I am only 92 woodcutting... god it takes forever.

That's what I have heard from others, best of luck with that
