Dark Bow can use dragon arrows, and I don't think anything else can :P
As for price, I've heard he same, 6-10m. You could just get one from 90 slayer if you're lucky enough.

hmm no it is like the most common drop you will get, forum was flooded with them when it came out, first bow was sold for 60M, YEP 60M. now its around 6-10m. because it was so easy to get
people seen it do 35s normally, meaning it can do up to 70 damage in 1 hit considering its normal shot shoots 2 arrows,
the spec shoots single arrow that deals alot of damage
and there is a myth about it being able to KO a lvl 126 1 HIT.
also people say it takes 7-8secs to reload

its a cool bow... as for my stats my range is only 71... hate working on it... but yeah just look me up... anyways its going to be a bow worth getting just for castle wars... only once they drop about 3-4mil more ...as for my wallet... if u find it i wouldn't be taking anything from it ^_^ who knows what i keep in there... possible my imp collection who would steal from greedy people who take (or find and keep) someones wallet

you are also getting of topic... and as i said more experienced.. doesnt matter if someone is lvl 99 and the other is 50, maybe the lvl 50 have alot more total lvl than the lvl 99
