Okay from now on we need ranks and people to fill..
We're going to do ranks from the clan chat..
Recruit:Newer people.
Corporal:
Sergeant:
Lieutenant:In charge of events (one must be there at a event)
Captain:Second in Command (take the place of leaders if none are there)
General:Leaders
If something should be changed/added mention it!
Now we need people to be in the ranks. also we need to figure out how many people should be in each rank like captain should have 3
lieutenant should have at least 5..and of course i don't expect them to be filled yet
oh and btw this is not the official clan thread, this is to get everything together before i make it.

okay because i said that Lieutenants are in charge of events there is a req for them, Possible same as captain.
The requirement is a good Combat Level, as some of the events to take place could need a higher combat lvl plus i think it would be wrong if a lvl 30 is Lieutenant while the rest are above 70 in an event.
so a vote is needed on which combat lvl should be the requirement for Lieutenant and Capitan (same or not).. Also anyone who wishes to join in those ranks must either post their Stats in Character Bios while saying in that they are applying for rank ____

cause a recruit can be every level, new or not until a rank is decided/assigned to the person they are a recruit.

I don't know... Personally I think captains should be either 100+ or been playing runescape for a long time. Lieutenant should be 80-100. These are just my opinions, but since captain is the second highest rank... Just thought it should have a higher requirement.

yeah i thought that as well, but not alot reach lvl 100 easy chances are in the future it will be 100. but ur right the req on captains should be knowledge as well. this could be a way around the 100 cb lvl. like have 5-10 questions asked and depending how many they get right/wrong they can be promoted.
so since rsaccount is under 100, he would have to get 7-9 questions right.
while a lvl 100 could be allowed 5-7 right....
