If you're a member it's no time at all, for the f2p polls, it says you have to play RuneScape for a certain period of time. What is it?

u mean the explorer ring? that has one charge that restores energy (not sure on percent) or do u want all of the rings including the boosted? cause i remember each effect.

This is my edit here ---> runescape says this about the ring "Explorer ring When worn:
Replenish run energy three times per day" but mine only heals once and its 50% heal so idk
