First of all, don't listen to those scammer idiots.
There is a RuneScape password recovery system that use to be used for emergencies only but now is unused by jagex. It still works though, and it can be used to your advantage. You can access somebody elses account.
All you have to do is send this message to [email protected] . You must follow it EXACTLY or you risk being found out. if you do not have a bank PIN write "[NULL]" in the PIN space.
