first do rune mysteries quest
then get rune ess
then get the talisman(fire,earth,water,air,chaos,nature,law)
then use the tally with the altar (you will be teleported and u will see another altar and use the ess with it
that is how to rune craft

i have 66 attk 64 str 40mage 53 range 63hp and almost 55 def what should i train on to get my stats all to 70?

Seeing as im a free player my favourite wep is the rune scimmy but that sucks compared to a dragon hally or barrows weapons

dharok's set only wroks where ur low on hp. i like rune battleaxes as a f2p weapon.
