how do'ya use a'big apple'??i tried giving it to my chao but it just throws it???

An Apple is the same as a Wool Hat - Chaos will wear them on their heads if they know how! In order for a Chao to know how to wear a Hat, you need to give them a Ghost Animal (don't ask me why - I have no idea, but it works).

Knuckles' Pumpkin Hill Stage has lots of Ghost Animals like a Skeleton Dog or a Bat.
