Does adray have any good armour?
i cant find any half-decent armour he can equip

best thing is to find some ok armor and power it up with diamonds, unless there's something better

You have to wait till after you leave the planet. Sometime later you have to go back to the Mosel Ruins before you leave Surferio, Adray joins you. Problem is He's still at the same level you left him before you left Elicoor for the first time so level him up a lot, and when he joins your party the second time put the Runic Cloak or the Carbonite Armor on him. good luck!
