Leaving characters

That doesn't change the fact that Bowser Jr. is an annoying crybaby (ever heard him lose a race in Double Dash?).

Dr. Mario should go, cause I can't really see any way of him being altered from standard Mario. Ganondorf and Falco should stay, just alter their moves (Give Ganondorf his twin katanas from The Wind Waker and some projectile magic attacks, while Falco Should maybe have some weapons from Assault, like the jetpack for his recovery).

good point. I don't own double dash, though.

anyone here think there where too many clones in SSBM?

Websites claim that the news that the IC'S and Mr.G&W are to be replaced by Bowser Jr. and Ridely supposedly came from a radio station in Japan. In other words, info heard on the radio was posted on the internet.

I don't mind seeing the Ice Climbers leaving, but Mr. Game & Watch, while wasn't used largely, was fairly cool and the only character in 2D (how's that for retro). Personally, I think he should stay.

Get rid of Marth but keep Roy? Thats like saying keep Jiggly and toss out Link.

And if you studied hard enough you would see Marth is in fact stronger than Roy, the only thing Roy has over Marth is his super strong B attack

To be honest I don't mind Jiggly, if only for the original moveset. Clones are what made SSBM fall under a lower grade that in my opinion the originality of SSB. SSB had one clone, Luigi. They un-cloned him in SSBM, only to make 50% of the cast match another clone.

It wasn't 50% of the cast, it was six of them. But it's still too many. Ganondorf didn't need to be a clone, Pichu didn't need to be in it, and Dr Mario could have been an additional costume for Mario.

Six times two=12 which is half of 24. Its like a 25-26 character cast in SSBM inn'it?

Ganondorf was good but if they gave him his own moves he would have ben better.

He needs some projectile magic in SSBB.

No because both characters share equal rights, having a clone each.

ganon = couple of magic bal(censor)ls of death... if you have a dirty mind you'll be laughing now, and 2 kantanas, keep warlock punch
marth/roy = they own, have you ever had a pro vs pro with them? its freaking awsome
dr mario = if he had like a giant needle attack, and his thing on his head could be takem of and thrown, then he could stay
falco = i have 1 star fox game for super nintendo, so i dont know much about him
pichu = if he had extra speed, but weaker and different attacks to pikachu then iid be fine with him (+ if he didnt have stupid damage to himself)
young link = admittidly, he is same to adult in ocarina apart from slingshot + coudlnt carry a sheild, id like to see WW link
jigglypuff = an ok try, but was just to darn weak and sing had to shorter lasting time/range to be worth using

thats what i think about the clones + some others
