Yes, it is in all gamestops as far as I know (I live in NY and we have them up here, and I was just on vacation in Florida and saw it advertised there as well), and Yes, I Pre-ordered it...twice now lol. I had it pre-ordered a while ago, but when it was delayed again they switched them over to Super Mario Galaxy. After that I re-preordered it for the March date, which I am ANXIOUSLY awaiting.

I have to go pre-order it... again. I know the idiots at EB Games won't be smart enough to switch the date over(to the latest push back) so I gotta beg someone to drive me there again, otherwise no SSBB anytime soon for me T_T

20% of Pre Orders were cancelled in Japan because of how quick it was selling so for the people saying "Yeah I preordered it TODAY" Dont be shocked if u dont get the game I preoredered mine I think October so I will get it[i][/i]
