Pokemon Trainer

(im srry if this was made already. close at will)

As we can see the character known as "Pokemon Trainer" was put into the game. He is the main character from Fire Red and Leaf Green. Also he comes packed with 3 pokemon, Ivysaur, Charizard, and Squirtle. From gameplay videos it looks as though you can control those pokemon. So what are your thoughts on him?

Do you think Fire Red/Leaf Green's trainer was the best choice?
Do you think he should have more pokemon?
What pokemon should he keep or get rid of for something else?
Which pokemon will you use often?
Will you main him?

I think they shoulda used tha Sinnoh trainer an' made a female version also.

Get rid of Ivysaur for Grotle

I hope his different costumes are different Trainers

1.) Yes, because that fits with the Pokemon He uses, it wouldn't make sense to have a Diamond/Pearl trainer with Squirtle, Ivysaur, And Charizard
2.) No, that would become needlessly complex
3.) I think that they should have went with the three Sinnoh Starters and went with a Diamond/Pearl trainer. I would have liked to have seen Chimchar, Grotle, Empoleon
4.) I will probably use charizard alot, because of his power, but will switch to ivysaur or squirtle often when I need speed
5.) Yes, the Pokemon Trainer is looking like he will be my top choice for a main. I guess I won't know for sure until I have some hands-on time with the game, but the versatility both intrigues and excites me

No it's makes sense why they decided to go with
Ivysaur, Charizard, and Squirtle.

There were the first Starter Pokemon and i realized that
Ash had a Ivysaur, Charizard, and Squirtle.

The Pokemon Trainer does have Different colors,maybe even a
alternate costume.

is that of a Shiny Charizard a Black.

All of the pokemon seem great in their own way and swichting pokemon at the right time can also save you from gettin hurt by almost any attack so this is a great character to choose but they should have had different trainer models and actually used the shiny pokemon colors when making the costume changes.

The should've gone with the trainer from the RBY series and the pokemon order should be: Kanto, Johto, Hoenn. In starter evolution form or in a different order.

I'll probably use Squirtle and Charizard

I donnu if I use him often we already have such a huge variety of great characters in SSBB

To me he could have been took out for just Charizard rather then the trainer seeing as there is no point in including the trainer part. He doesnt fight so why put in a trainer. Also charizard seems like the best anyways.

I also think they should have included the sunglasses for squirtle and instead of having alternate colors for the male and female trainers they could also have male and female team rocket thugs to be pokemon trainers because that would be much more interesting than a red-orange shirt instead of a red one.

Black charizard was not confirmed, ever seen the costumes vid on youtube, guess not

But the alt costumes should have been:
G/S/C Trainer with Bayleaf, Typhlosion(instead of fly, have a skywards flame wheel) and Totodile.
R/S/E Trainer with Grovyle, Blaziken(Sky Uppercut instead of fly) and Mudkip.
And D/P trainer with Grotle, Infernape(Flare Blitz or Sky Uppercut instead of fly) and Piplup.

That would have been great but realisticly do you believe that they would make twleve different pokemon to represent one character which would have made up over a fourth of all the characters in the game.
