Take one out an' put in another

I agree broken leon could be a cool character. He'd basically have a moveset similar to snakes though.

I would think not,he has guns,not sucky 'nades. The only good move of Snakes is his up+b.

I'd take out Diddy Kong or Jigglypuff and put in Albert Wesker from Resident Evil as a character.
I'd also have the mansion from Resident Evil as a stage in the main foyer.

.Echo, his grenades are amazing. I would think if you were to add wesker, you'd have to add ada wong, and of course Leon. Could be pretty cool.

Wesker would be cool, his Up attack could be an uppercut, his down he could pull out his handgun and fire a few shots.
While his side attacks could be a charge punch which launches him across the stage, throwing anyone caught above him, or he grabs them by the face and slams them into the floor.
His final smash could be that he dashes around the stage at high speed grabbing anybody along the way and throwing them or he could call the Tyrant to attack.

That would be cool.

I would take out Jigglypuff for Titania from Fire Emblem. She is very strong and good lookin'. There should also be more Fire Emblem people. Especially a girl that is better than that slow Ike. Plus Jigglypuff is some trash. If I didn't wanna play All-Star mode I would have purposely never unlocked Jigglypuff

Take out Pirate Ship and replace it with Outset Island. Pirate Ship is boring.
