It's a multiplayer (and single, but mostly multiplayer) platform fighting game. You choose from a dock of characters and use their specific moves to try to get the opponent off the stage.

I believe it's the number one Wii game by far.

Yeah this game is amazing, decent one player, great 2 player and online game. Its defenently worth getting.

One of the best wii games I've seen.

Only a made up and wonderful sounding word can describe this game, its like heaven in video game form with very few bad things about it, and the Subspace Emissary is AMAZING with absolutely no flaws.

i know what the game is lol i just wanted to know what this one inperticular was like. and i think with the help of you guys that is pretty clear thanx all i will get in in a month now (price drops a slight bit and i hav got boared of my new games )

Well, you won't get bored of this one unless you try veeeery hard to.

Dude, I imported this 2 to 3 months early to play it, thats how awesome it is.
Though I got bored after basically beating most of it in 4 days.

It like Melee.. and the orginal just more story line. Even though the some competitive play has been taken out.

Now, the answer to that question is no. However, it is an awesome game and If it did use the wii to the full potenional it wouldn't be the awesome game it is. I say it doesn't use the wii to to the full potentional because no, the whole using the wii remot as a sword or to select things doesn't apply in this game. I would still get it as it is an awesome game.


EDIT: I just realised that I used the word "awesome" 3 times in 4 sentences. That's how 'awesome' it is

SSBB is the best game out on the wii, great storyline, good 2-4 player and decent wi-fi specially on a forum like this. So if you get the game you could even enter tourneys that we hold here on teh forums, or just play someone on here for fun.

Its a must have game and you defenently should get it.

Yes, the graphics are great, the gameplay is very smooth (though I find it funny taht there are over 100 minor glitches with the game), and the online play is very useful (unless lag takes over).

However, using the Wii Remote to control your character, expecially if you are a veteran fighter, is very tough to get use to, and very hard to use period. ALmost everybody using the classic gamecube controller.

Also, online play against random people is VERY limited, almost to the point where it isn't very fun. You are forced to play with 3 other people (no 1v1 or anything) with a 2 minute time battle. I, like most players I know, prefer stock battles.

It's also impossible to communicate in game with players online. However, if they're your friends in real life, I'm sure you can call them or whatever.

yes it does use that crap of a system :(

but wifi is very good if you want to vs some of your friends around your area,just put the phone on speaker and its almost like they are playing right next to you
