I'm pretty fine with the move sets, but Donkey Kong should have an attack where he throws a barrel, or where he can grab a person and throw them and have them roll like a barrel,

I think Luigi should have his vacuum thingy from Luigi's Mansion. Also, maybe Mario's Final Smash could be where he turns into Ice Mario and everything he touches freezes. His fireballs would turn into icy blasts.

Sonic should have a dash where you can smash your opponent, and Sonic wind. Is Sonic Wind like The vortex he creates in the air. I'm not sure but I just forgot what it was.

To add on to Sonic's moveset, he could turn in to a werehog,(instead of a hedgehog) like in Sonic Unleashed, and make them fly into the air.

Yeah but wouldn't that be Final Smash Material or maybe it'd just be a transformation like Zelda to Shiek.

It probably would be a transformation like Zelda and Shiek. Then he could have a more powerful version of himself thats slower, or a faster one that is weaker.
