I don't get the point of tier lists why do you need to know who wins tournaments just cuz someone else won with that character doesn't mean you can, and everyone keeps trying to make a different setup.(btw tiers are based on tournament winnings and winnings in genereal so I think they're pretty accurate in that, but still pointless.Unless you just like to study although I don't get how knowing who wins tourneys is gonna help you win.)
