how high can you score on cruel melee

World record for kirby is 71, you can't have gotten your score, frog0 with "using down-b and training".

Yeah, Kirby and cruel melee don't mix too well.

Being "really good at kirby" has nothing to do with cruel melee. A strategy would be nice, instead of Down-B them until they die, because the probability of that making a world record is absolutely 0%.

Kirby can be good, but not with cruel melee. He's so light, one punch and he's done for.

Well yeah, Kirby is like the 2nd to last person that is the lightest. JigglyPuff is the first.

It's not that he's light, it's that he has no KO move after herding that is good, and no freeze strat, like ganon, marth, IC, Samus and others.

Wow, I should try other people. They said that Jigglypuff was the best for this in some other website. Also yeah, Kirby and the other weaklings are not that strong.

Here's a very easy freeze strat to try. Be ganon, and when the cruel melee starts and they're spawning, go to the right platform and then roll to the right, RIGHT when the purple frame there spawns. He should try to attack you, and miss be cause you rolled. immediately down smash, and up-smash the up coming female frame. The frames should all be frozen if you stayed in that place you rolled (don't move or the frames will attack you). The one that you first down-smashed should not be dead yet, charge a downsmash by turning around, and hit with the tip. It should die off of the bottom from the left edge of the stage. Now, the only frame that moves is the one that spawns next to you on that platform. Just repeatedly downsmash the frame right when it appears, be careful for it not to attack you. The longer you keep this up, the higher score you get. I have 196, but the world record is in the 3000's.

If nobody belives I got 683 KO's with kirby I'll tell you you how I did that. Temp freeze glitch. Thats how I got my score so high with Kirby.

The only way to freeze the frames in Cruel melee is either with Ice Climbers Freeze Glitch, or the immobilization technique. I do not believe Kirby has an Immobilization Technique. Plus, you said yourself that you Down-B'd until they died.
