design an item, Charecter, stage, or anything else

Item: a homing missile that homes in on an enemy when you throw it.

charecter: i havent named him yet but who cares. he is like a mix between link and marth and almost samus. so okay (take deep breath)

he has one sword, a cape and a steel helmet like the ones the gondor people use (if you have ever watched lord of the rings). he also uses alot of bombs

A= a sword slash(2%/4%)
Smash A= he takes out a bomb and drops it in the air then hits it like a baseball with his sword(10%/15%)

b= he pulls out a bomb. (7%/10% when you throw it) If u push v+A he sets it on the ground a plays golf with it with his sword.(13%/15% up close. 7%/10% far away)
>+B= bomb arrows.(10%/13% up close. 5%/7% far away)
^+B= he drops a bomb in front of him and blows it up with his sword to propel him high into the air.(7%/10%)
v+b burrows under the ground and pops up a yard away.(5%/7)good to use while in the air and land on the enemy.

speed= 3/5
damage= 2/5
attack speed= 4/5
jump= 3/5

stage: a cage that has no way out exept to get your enemys % to about 300% and then use a powarfull attack and blast him through the walls
