Team SuperCheats, I have a suggestion as to how to fix the double post thing. Make the post message form submit to another page which adds the post to the database then redirects to the message list. That way, if people press refresh on the message list, they won't repost.

Isn't that how gfaqs works?

Yeah, it's a pretty simple solution. It's not really even a programming bug but more of a design bug. The way the forms are set up makes it so users tend to accidentally submit form info more than once. So the form setup needs to change in some way such as the way I described.

So this is an old bug? Well, I guess the programmer has been busy fixing the other bugs, like the ones that could cause exploits and stuff like that.

He's been doing sooooo much... The problem is the list keeps growing! The forums are relatively new to to the site (about 6 months or so) - and custom programmed so we just have the features we wanted.

Privacy is an important issue to me, and we have a lot of youger members, so that's why we don't offer things like private messaging.

SuperCheats is contantly evolving and hopefully improving, and while we are small compared to GF, we are actually one of the largest and most popular cheat and game help sites on the internet.
