That has happened to me b4 too. I just waited and went back every now and then and eventually she came out. If this doesnt work for you, I don't know anything else to try.

hey u can go down in the basement i have all there is in there is skeletons blood and dodgy wepons all broken and apples shes a vampire and she keeps her prey down there so shes probally feeding !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
