dude just go to rockmilk cave which is pretty dang close to waters edge go in their around level 15-25 and wander eventually u can find guys with daedric ebony orcish mithril elven and glass armor and great wepons.

There is a dedric shrine on far wastern side of Cyrodiil Malacath, wants you to give him trool fat and he will have you free his ogers in a cave and the guys garding the cave are in full ebony and deadric but i was lvl 22

I KNOW WHERE TO GET FULL DEDRIC BUT YOU WILL PROBALY GET YOUR BUTT KICKED... GO TO ROXEY INN ON THE RED RING ROAD NORTH PF THE IMP.CITY.. AND THERE IS A GIRL THERE SHE WILL HAVE FULL DEDRIC...(IF SHE HAS A LOWER CLASS ARMOR JUST LEVEL UP TILL SHE HAS THE DEDRIC)..
