Wheres the shrine where I turn soul gems into black soul gems at?

Go to Lake Arrius north of Chedinhall and you will find a ave names "Fisher Cave" i believe its caleed that there will be a liitle alter outside use it...

does it matter what type of gem you use to turn into a black soul gem? can it hav a soul inside of it before you change it?
Bethesda makes the best games ever. The Elder Scrolls games rock harder then any other game ever. I like Heavy Metal and Death Metal. My favorite band is DevilDriver.

If you killed the Necromancers inside the cave of Dark Fissure, you should have looted a note that says this.
"To the Achorites:
Place your Grand Soul Gems in the altar. Pray for His Blessing, and strike the altar with your Soul Trap magic. Your gems will become instruments of His Divine Power."
But I've never tried the Black Soul Gem thing myself.

you have to have an empty grand soul gem although the book says use dispel magic but i havent done that mission for a long time so i dont remember
