What is your favorite view of cyrodill...
my favorite view of cyrodill is on a bridge just west of the mine that you do that quest of Asura with the vampires.. any way it shows that huge bridge south of the imperial city and the rivers and the IMP city itself...

I like being at the top of the Colovian Highlands ( Big snowy mountains near Cloud Ruler Temple and Bruma ) and you can see most of Cyrodiil from there
