What do you usually use in the game? Blades, or Blunt weapons. I ALWAYS use Blade. Blunt weapons are just too slow to me.

Blades. They are awesome. I wonder if they make Another Elder Srolls if in it you could cleave their heads off. And Blunt weapons are just dumb. They are a lot more barbaric.

Naw, I don't think TES would get *that* barbaric. The only Blunt weapon I actually like is the Deadric Warhammer. It takes forever to swing but it does 10 initial damage and 29 when you have Master in Blunt! However I always use Umbra when I'm playing a Blade Character, because it'll do about 31 points in damage.

I most certainly prefer blade over blunt, but i wouldn't say blunt is completely useless. In morrowind, blunt had one of the best wepons ever, Sunder. Anyways there seems to something special about blade wepons. Like with blade you can get little daggers and actually make it look like your a stealthy killer. Blunt just has maces and axes.

Bethesda makes the best games ever. The Elder Scrolls games rock harder then any other game ever. I like Heavy Metal and Death Metal. My favorite band is DevilDriver.

Yes but some axes are extremely cool. I love the glass axes and then some warhammers are awesome too.

Heres the thing it depends on what level you get it at[Umbra] if you got it a level one it would be a crappy sword if you got it at level 40 then it would be even stronger than say level 20.But after you get the sword then the only way to make it stronger is b y your skills.So in other words....Get really important things late in the game beacuse they will do MUCH more damage.

I like both blunt and blade, but blade is a little better. For one thing, they look cooler and are faster. On the other hand, for me, blunt weapons do a lot more damage,aren't as cool looking,and are slow.

Un huh. You use blade because it lookls cooler but blunt does more damage for you.? More power to ya man!

Blunt is useful to knocking out people and hitting their weapons out of their hands, and swords are good for fast killings

I would rather choose blade over blunt. Because with like a one handed blade, You can have a shield. Won't that help a lot?

I kind of like the look of blocking with a sword though. But I have to say, lately i have taken a liking to Deadric Waraxes. I just like the way they look, but I still love the Thornblade and Umbra.

If blade and blunt were my only choice I would have to say blade.when i first got the game I was blade all the way and got the umbra asap (mainly because it had no weight value oh and because it kicks butt)
But now I only use bow and distruction,I have really enjoyed getting the x2-x6 effect with every kill.
