What are the best magical staffs and where can I get them? I already have Apotheosis and the Lesser Staff of Corrosion. Are there any better ones?

this is actually proven on cheatcc.com that the staff apeothisis is the best staff in the game,i mean if it kills umbra in 3 hits then its ******* powerful

I'm guessing its the same as recharging everything else, using Soul Gems or paying for recharge.
