is there a easy way to not be a vampire after the third day because its really annoying not being allowd to go out in day

At night, break into people's houses while they're sleeping, sneak into their room, and activate them to suck their blood. If you do this every night you will never suffer sun damage.

I don't really understad what you mean there. Do you mean that you want a way not to be a vampire after the three days are up? If so, you can cure the Porphyric Hemophilia (or whatever it is) with a cure disease potion.

I'm Vampire too but I can't be bothered to finish the vampire quest so I just eat people at night.

The altar and potion only work BEFORE the three days are up. Not after. After that you have to do the vampire cure quest. Also, when you don't want to suffer sun damage, feed EVERY night. If you don't, it will get worse; but you will get stronger.

It changes how long you go without feeding as a vampire. At normal you get a 5+ increase to Strength, Willpower, Speed, Acrobatics, Athletics, Destruction, Hand-to-Hand, Illusion, Mysticism and Speed and also a bonus to Resist Disease, Paralysis and Normal Weapons. Everyday without feeding these increases go up by 5+. However, as the days go by, you weakness to fire goes up and so does sun damage. The powers you get are as follows:
Day 1 - Hunters Sight: 30 secs of Night-E and large Detect Life
Day 2 - Vampire's Seduction: High level Charm
Day 3 - Reign of Terror: Silence and Demorilize around you
Day 4 - Embrace of Shadows: Three minutes of Invisibility and 90 secs of Night-E

If you're looking to cure it, talk to people around the Arcane University. Also, if you have Xbox Live, you can get Deepscorn Hollow, and along with it altars to cure vamparism.
